02
AI interview, recorded
A voice-based AI agent runs a structured technical interview. Your screen is shared and your camera is on, and the session is recorded — same format and rubric for every candidate.
03
Human review
A specialist reviews the recording of your interview. The AI runs the session; a person is involved in judging it.
04
Matched
If you clear the bar, you're routed to matching open positions.

How to prepare

Treat it like a real technical interview — think out loud. Both the agent and the human reviewer are assessing your reasoning, not just the final answer.
Test your mic and camera and use a quiet, presentable room; the session is voice-first and recorded on video.
Close anything private before you start — your screen is shared and captured in the recording.
Have a couple of concrete project stories ready — specific > general.
