Privacy

This site doesn't require an account and doesn't collect your name or resume. The one piece of personal data we hold is an email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the weekly digest — see below. Everything you submit as part of a job application happens on the hiring platform's own site, under its own privacy policy — not ours.

When you click an "Apply" link here, we record which program you clicked, a timestamp, and your browser's user agent string, so we can tell which listings are useful. Your IP address is never stored in raw form — it's salted and one-way hashed before it touches a log, so we can spot unusual traffic patterns without being able to identify you from it.

If you subscribe to the weekly digest, your email address is held by Buttondown, a US company who run the list for us. It is used to send you that one email a week and nothing else — never sold, never shared, never used to contact you about anything else. Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address. We do not pass your IP address on to them, although their API accepts one.

We don't use tracking cookies or ad pixels, and nothing here follows you to other sites.

We do measure traffic, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and where visitors arrived from. It sets no cookies, builds no profile, and doesn't track you across other websites — which is why it was chosen over the alternatives. It tells us that a page was opened, never who opened it.
