A company with the headcount but no written-down process has little to contribute, since the documentation is the thing being licensed.
What are the security terms?
micro1 states that all data is handled under strict contractual protections: original datasets are kept only for processing and deleted afterwards, sensitive and confidential information is scrubbed before downstream use, nothing is shared publicly, no customer information is exposed, and the company retains ownership of its underlying data. Those are their published terms — read the agreement itself before signing anything, and have whoever owns data protection at your company read it too.
How is a company paid?
micro1 says compensation depends on the size of the dataset, the complexity and uniqueness of the workflows, the quality of the material and the domain expertise it represents. It publishes no rate card, so we don't quote a figure — the number comes out of the conversation, not off a page.
What does First Look Jobs get out of this?
