Handshake AI (the Fellowship / MOVE program) pays domain experts and generalists $40–$125/hr for remote, part-time work training and evaluating AI models — no prior AI experience required. After applying, fellows verify identity, are matched to a project, complete training, then contribute their expertise and get paid weekly. Open to U.S.-based applicants with valid work authorization (F-1 CPT/OPT eligible, STEM OPT excluded).

10% of your referral's hourly rate, up to $400 per referral
Unlocks after your referral logs 10 hours; paid on your normal weekly cycle, capped at 40 billable hours and a 6-month window per referral
